If it has not been obvious over the last couple of days that Allied Telesis Yokota has been struggling to keep enough internet bandwidth available for everyone, here is a message for you. Until you see the network stabilize, please refrain from using applications such as those named above to pull your LEGAL downloads from the net. I am sure that Allied Telesis would appreciate it especially since they are trying to field all the calls from everyone reporting limited access.
